Two prong heavy duty metal curtain hook 4073 (13mm offset)

For pleated curtains (inverted/box pleat, double pinch pleat, triple pinch pleat etc) this two prong hook slides into the pleat and then can be hung on a curtain track with either standard or wheeled runners.
