Pencil pleat/gathered curtain header tape 3 pocket

Used to make pencil pleat/gathered header curtains, tape is sewn onto the curtain header and then strings pulled to form what looks like a "row of pencils" (hence the name pencil pleat).  Approximately 75mm tape width.  Fullness generally ranges from 1.5x to 3x, so one metre of curtain will require 1.5 to 3 metres of tape depending on the desired look.
